About Melissa

 

Since 1999, Melissa Raffoni has been recognized for her unique talent to assist CEOs in advancing their companies—providing high value services and customized programs that transform business strategies into action. Melissa has over 15 years of management and consulting experience, the last ten of which have been spent working with successful CEOs of mid-size companies who shared the universal goal of sustained growth.


With a unique ability to take the complex issues facing CEOs and turn them into clear solutions, Melissa is an expert in isolating issues and working with her clients to address them with tangible and measurable results. Melissa also runs meetings that are guaranteed to bring out the best ideas and best solutions with a collaborative style that challenges a CEO, while allowing for creative solutions. Her experience with CEOs of companies both large and small gives Melissa a unique perspective on management in many different industries.


Before starting Raffoni CEO Consulting, Melissa was a Managing Principal Consultant at Oracle, where she helped build the Organizational Change Management practice and coach senior executives on how to communicate and execute change. Melissa also played a vital role in building Inc. Magazine’s Eagles CEO Program as the Managing Director, leading four Boston-based CEO Peer Groups.


She has served on the communication faculty at the MIT Sloan School, the Kennedy School of Harvard, and Simmons College.


She has contracted and worked with both Inc Business Resources, consulting to Inc 500 companies and with the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, consulting to numerous Fortune 500 companies.


She has published various articles in the Harvard Management Update.


Melissa holds an MS from the MIT Sloan School and a BA from Colby College.
