Below are some examples of the type of tools Raffoni CEO Consulting uses in the Advanced CEO Peer Group Program:


CEO Update Sheet – This serves two purposes, page 1 is shared with the group as a means of updating and for accountability. Page 2 is used in conjunction with page 1 during the 1-1 sessions.


Annual Plan Template – This is used to help the CEO to articulate their annual plan in a concise manner so they may share it with their peer group for feedback.
