Ed Barrows
Ed BarrowsEd Barrows is a strategy & performance coach. Over the past 12 years he has worked in a variety of professional services positions, with Deloitte, GE Capital, PricewaterhouseCoopers and most recently with Balanced Scorecard Collaborative/Palladium Group. Ed also was Managing Director of Inc. Magazine's business consulting group. He has extensive expertise coaching individual founders, founding teams, CEOs and growth company leadership teams in overall management effectiveness and execution. Ed lectures at the Babson and Boston College where he teaches Strategic Management. Ed holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the School of Management at Boston University and a M.B.A from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

Cathy Dowd
Cathy DowdCathy Dowd has been affiliated with Raffoni CEO Consulting since 2002 when she facilitated a CEO Peer Group. Cathy began her business career at Bain & Company where she consulted with various industry companies from consumer products to high tech, banking and manufacturing. She was an advisor to the CEO of Sappi Fine Paper in a marketing and sales strategy capacity. As an independent consultant, Cathy worked with Microsoft on increasing its penetration of the professional services market. She has also worked in the government, non-profit and educational sectors. Cathy earned a BA from Harvard and an MBA from Wharton.

Joe Mullen
Joe MullenJoe Mullen has been affiliated with Raffoni CEO Consulting as an Advanced CEO Peer Group Member and present advisory board member/ Group Director. Joe served as both President and CEO of Bottomline Technologies from 2000 through 2006 (Nasdaq: EPAY). He was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2007 and currently holds that position. During his tenure the profitable company grew from $40M to $115M in sales with 600 employees and worldwide installations. In 2007, Joe was named the New Hampshire High Technology Council Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to Bottomline, he held sales and marketing management positions at IBM. He holds a BA from University of Vermont.

Richard Snowden

He is one of the foremost thought leaders on High Performance Sales Systems and has counseled many of the country‘s top sales organizations concerning the challenges of growth. His recent book The Complete Guide to Buying a Business won the coveted Business Blue Ribbon Award establishing it as one of the best business books of the year. His consulting specialties are strategic agility, sales effectiveness and business innovation. He has played leading roles in several of the country‘s leading consulting firms including: Organizational Dynamics, Service First Corporation Cambria Consulting and the Forum Corporation. His bachelor‘s degree is from the University of Maine. He has advanced business education from the University of Texas with additional business training at Harvard Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
