RCC's CEO One-on-One programs helps the CEO clarify company goals, set individual goals and stay on track. Programs typically start out with a day-long session. In this session, CEOs answer questions, make important decisions, and define how the company should develop in the short- and long-term future. Other members of the management team can be brought into these sessions, specifically when discussing a deliverable that falls under their purview.
