CEO Peer Programs

RCCs offers two different Peer Group Programs, based on client fit.

The Advanced CEO Program is our flagship program.
Unlike other programs, it is our structured and disciplined approach with a focus on strategy that drives business results. Through clarity of direction, our member CEOs work together to drive revenue growth & profit enhancement.

Not only do CEOs gain valuable insight and suggestions from talented and experienced CEOs, but they have access to other network resources including partners, professional services and connections to CEOs from other groups.

In addition, CEOs learn from peer presentations and deliverables focused on real strategic business challenges. Some of the required program deliverables include business decision case reviews, a results scorecard and an annual strategic plan.


The Development Program is designed for select CEOs who have a longer term interest in the Advanced CEO Peer Group program but are either:
• Currently awaiting group formation
• Hesitant to commit given temporary business circumstances
• Just beginning their growth path

Both programs share similar characteristics:
• Selective membership, quality CEOs
• Focus on strategy and business building
• Use of our proven, rigorous methodology that ensures a quality meeting every time and a resulting increase in CEO acumen
