1. I'm really struggling with getting my message to the organization. I've tried a seemingly endless string of company meetings, but they haven't worked. Can you help?
› Most likely, you need to do two simple things. First, you may need to frame your messages better to improve their meaningfulness to the audience. Second, you may need to add some visual and interactive components to your communication. This is where effective "training" can help.

2. We don't have a big budget for training, but we need to do something, how can you help?
› Depending on the skills you have internally, I can support your organization by filling in the gaps, whether it is with training program design, development, or delivery.

3. Why should we customize as opposed to utilizing off-the-shelf training?
› My custom training will often cost about the same as off-the-shelf training and the content and messages can be geared to meet the CEO's specific objectives.

4. Why should I pay consultant fees for training support?
› Because the work I do is efficient and customized, it typically doesn't cost you more in the end.

5. Can I set up an appointment for you to meet with my VP of Sales or other line managers?
› I am happy to work with your line managers; however it is extremely important that the CEO be involved in the process. My greatest value comes in my understanding of the CEO's agenda and making sure that it resonates throughout the training.

6. We are planning our annual sales meeting and there are still some decisions and processes that we have yet to iron out in our organization. Can you help?
› Often times, the training event provides stimulus to get some back burner work done. I often work with CEOs and their teams to facilitate the development of deliverables that would be used in training. (Examples include compensation, organizational charts, reports, tools, and processes, to name a few.)

7. I just need help formulating my messages for internal and/or external purposes; can you help me to pull that together?
› Absolutely.
