» While specific deliverables will vary, based upon our agreed scope of work, you can expect the following at a minimum:
1) A clear set of goals with specific measures of success.
2) A corresponding governance plan to support execution.
3) A customized approach based on what you do now and what we agree that your team and organization can handle.
4) Meetings that both you and your team rate as highly productive.
5) Support in achieving your own clarity (if you need it).

2. What method or process do you use?
» We use easy to understand methodologies that we have adapted from various well-recognized best practices. Additionally, we talk through a few alternatives of the methodology to find an approach that best meets the need of your organization. We believe that there are some fundamentals we cannot skip, but find that most organizations benefit from a custom-fit approach.
3. Why should I use you versus an internal resource or a larger consulting firm?
» We suggest choosing your resource based on their skill set, credibility with your team, the tools they bring to the table and your comfort with their style.
4. What is the cost for your services?
» The cost can range from 10k to 60k depending on the scope of work we carve out. At the low end, we can facilitate a simple one day meeting with some participant prep work. At the other end, we can do multiple day meetings and we can come back for frequent governance-based check-ins.
