Working backward from one day, we review our current methodology modules to structure a day that addresses current business objectives as well as execution obstacles.
A common agenda for a 1 day workshop session includes:

To create the session, we work 1-on-1 with the CEO to design the day's materials and compile collected pre-work that is sent to the managers in advance.
