Governance Plan - This helps the management team agree on how they will govern themselves- in particular - what meetings they will have, what tools they will use and what "must dos" they need to tackle to ensure execution success.
One Page Scorecard - Used to help the CEO and his/her management team to gain alignment around the strategic priorities and their measure of success. Also, used as an on-going tool to track progress, resolve issues and adjust course as needed.
