Melissa Raffoni, President and Founder
imageMelissa Raffoni has been working with mid-sized businesses in the Boston area since 1999, helping their CEOs make the right decisions about the direction of their businesses.Working exclusively with CEOs for over ten years, she has built a client roster that includes some of the most successful, well-known companies in the area.
With a unique ability to take the complex issues facing CEOs and turn them into clear solutions, Melissa is an expert in isolating issues and working with her clients to address them with tangible and measurable results.
Prior to founding RCC, Melissa was a Managing Principal Consultant at Oracle, where she helped build the Organizational Change Management practice and coach senior executives on how to communicate and execute change. Melissa also played a vital role in building Inc. Eagles CEO Program as the Managing Director, leading four Boston-based CEO Peer Groups.
She has served on the communication faculty at the MIT Sloan School, the Kennedy School of Harvard, and Simmons College. Melissa has published various articles & maintains a regular blog post with the Harvard Business Review. She holds an MS from the MIT Sloan School with a concentration in Communications and Strategy and a BA from Colby College.


Joe Mullen, Group Director
Joe Mullen has been affiliated with Raffoni CEO Consulting as an Advanced CEO Peer Group Member and present advisory board member/ Group Director. Joe served as both President and CEO of Bottomline Technologies from 2000 through 2006 (Nasdaq: EPAY). He was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2007 and currently holds that position. During his tenure the profitable company grew from $40M to $115M in sales with 600 employees and worldwide installations. In 2007, Joe was named the New Hampshire High Technology Council Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to Bottomline, he held sales and marketing management positions at IBM. He holds a BA from University of Vermont.


Erin Mullen, Program Management and Executive Assistant
Erin Mullen has been affiliated with Raffoni CEO Consulting since 2008 when she signed on as Program Manager and Executive Assistant. Erin began her business career in the hospitality industry where she travelled with Princess Tours and implemented training programs onsite in Denali, AK. As an independent contractor, she managed residential and commercial real estate transactions for multi-million dollar portfolios (Coldwell Banker) in Cambridge, MA. She has also worked in the education sector. Erin earned a BA in English from Catholic University and a Post Baccalaureate in Education from Bridgewater State.


Erin Streeter, Managing Director
Erin Streeter recently joined Raffoni CEO Consulting from Forrester Research. As Director of Client Engagement, she led a peer group and consulting practice dedicated to the success of Chief Marketing Officers from $1B+ companies. Working with global organizations like GE, IBM, L’Oreal, HP and United Airlines, Erin has helped CMOs navigate business challenges like the advent of digital, thought leadership strategy, and sales enablement since 2008. Erin was the recipient of Forrester’s company-wide 2012 Innovation Award, reflecting her passion for executing on great ideas to constantly improve products, services and processes.

Prior to joining Forrester, Erin held senior sales roles with Merck & Co., Inc., and has also worked in sales and marketing for Biogen Idec and SHIFT Communications.

She holds an MBA from Bentley University with a concentration in Marketing, and a BA from Villanova University with a major in Political Science.
